Saudi Cables Assembly Discusses with Shareholders Reduction and Increase of Capital

Saudi Cable company announced on Thursday its intent to organize a meeting via means of the modern technology with the respective Shareholders to discuss the decrease and increase of the capital and answering of the Shareholders inquiries by the Members of the Board of Directors, the meeting shall be on Thursday, 03/02/2022.

The attendance eligibility shall be for each Shareholder registered in the Company’s Shareholders registry at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) in the end of the trading session preceding this Meeting, the company concluded.
