Saudi Airlines Catering announces Starting of the Electronic Voting on Ordinary GA Agenda

Saudi Airlines Catering Company (SACC) announced on Wednesday the Starting of the Electronic Voting on the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Agenda (First Meeting).

With reference to SACC’s announcement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange Co. (Tadawul) on 23/01/2022, regarding the invitation made to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) which will be held on Sunday 13/02/2022 at 20:00PM,

The process will be made through Tadawulaty system in line with the precautionary and exceptional measures to control the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and to ensure common safety, SACC is pleased to announce to its shareholders the starting of electronic voting on the AGM meeting agenda which will remain available to shareholders through (Tadawulaty) services website until the end of the EGA meeting.
