Riyad Capital Announces Distribution of SR 80,70 Profits to Unitholders of Riyad REIT Fund

Riyad Capital announced on Sunday the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Riyad REIT for the second half of 2021 with total distributed dividends of SR 80,697,637.47, as follows:

The eligibility for dividends shall be for Unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center by the end of Monday, 4 April 2022 (end of trading day on Thursday, 31 March 2022).

The number of outstanding units on which cash dividends will be distributed is 171697101,

The amount of dividends distributed for each unit is SR 0.47 and percentage of dividend to the unit’s initial price with 4.94 %.

The percentage of distribution ratio of the net assets value is 4.51%.

The percentage of distribution ratio of the net assets as of 2021-12-31 and the  cash distributions entitlement will be for unitholders as per the unitholders register on the end of 2022-04-04.

Distributions shall be paid within 15 working days from eligibility date.

The Fund Manager said it also would like to remind the unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
