National Gypsum Co. announces calling candidature for board members elections (New Session) that will start from 2022-04-10 and ends on 2025-04-09 for te nomination of nine members.
Application start date will be start on 2022-02-17 and ends on 2022-03-17.
Application Requirements
1 ) To introduce the candidate in terms of his cv, qualifications and experience in the field of the company’s business
2) Photo of the candidate’s identity
3) Statement of the number and history of the boards of directors of joint stock companies that he has currently or previously served as a member of
4) Statement of joint stock companies of which he is still a member
5) Statement of companies or institutions that he co-manages or owns and engages in business similar to that of the company
6) If the candidate has previously served on the Board of Directors of National Gypsum Company, he must attach to the nomination request a statement from the company’s management of the last session in which he has served on the Board, including the following information..
7) Clarification of the status of the candidate (independent- executive- non-executive)
8) The candidate for a board member should not serve on the board of directors of more than five joint stock companies and not be chairman of the board of directors or vice president of more than two companies or an executive member in more than one company.
9) The candidate for the board of directors must not be a government employee.
10) The candidate should not have own, work or have links with competing companies for the company’s activity.

It is accompanied by a cv, a copy of the status card, a family book and an extract with the number of the portfolio of shares he owns.
Voting in the General Assembly will be limited to those who have nominated themselves for membership of the Council in accordance with the above conditions and regulations and must be approved by the competent authorities
