NADEC: Managing Director resigned, Solaiman Altwaijri replacing him

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announces the resignation of Dr. Solaiman Abdulaziz Altwaijri (Executive Board Member), from the position of Member of Board of Directors, based on his resignation submitted to the Board on Friday 25 -02-2022, due to independence reasons in the composition of the board of directors and his appointment to the role of the CEO.

The resignation is effective from 28-02-2022. The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation on, Friday, 25-02-2022, noting that Dr. Solaiman Altwaijri has been a member of the current Board since the beginning of the current session of the Board on 11/04/2021.
