Fitness Time Announces Distribution of SR 45, 6 Cash Dividend for Q4 Of 2021

Leejam Sports Company (“Fitness Time” the “Company”) is pleased to announce the Board of Directors’ resolution to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2021. The Total amount distributed is SR 45,573,524.07

Number of Shares Eligible for Dividends 52,383,361 Shares. The Dividend per share SR 0.87 per share. Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value 8.7 %

The eligibility of dividends shall be for shareholders who own the shares at the close of trading on Sunday 20 February 2022 and as per the company shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the 2nd trading day following the eligibility date. The distribution date will be on 03 March 2022

The dividend distribution will by direct transfer to the Bank Accounts linked to the shareholders investment portfolios. The company urges its shareholders to update their information and to make sure to link their bank account numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their dividends.

The company said it would like to draw the attention of non-resident investors that the distribution of cash dividends payable is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer or crediting the amount to their account in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of its Implementing Regulation
