Etihad Atheeb finalizes fractional stock selling for almost SR 1 mln

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) completed selling fractional shares resulted from the company’s capital reduction which had been approved by the 13^th extraordinary general assembly held on Sunday Jan. 23^rd 2022 AD.

The company revealed that it deposited revenues of selling 12,262 shares in the eligible shareholders’ accounts.

It added in a statement published on Tadawul that the fractional shares sold for SR 945,269.14 or SR 73.3/share.
