Aslak Announces Start of Electronic voting on Items of General Assembly

United Wire Factories Company announced on Thursday to its valued shareholders the start date of electronic voting on the items of the 14th Ordinary General Assembly meeting, which will be held at exactly eight o’clock in the evening on Tuesday 01.03.2022 via modern remote technology means.

It added that this is in the interest of the safety of shareholders and in support of the preventive and precautionary efforts and measures by the competent health authorities to address the emerging corona virus (COVID-19), registration and attendance at the assembly will be limited to entering my trading system, and voting on the assembly’s items will be limited to electronic voting only.

Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulaty) services website, starting at 10 am on Friday 25.02.2022 and will continue until the end of the meeting time, on Tuesday 01.03.2022.
