Arab Sea Information Systems Co announces the completion of the issuance of the Memorandum of Association and Commercial Register for its subsidiary company under the name of Era Data information technology (a limited liability company wholly owned by Arab Sea Information Systems Co) with a capital of SR5.000.000.

The company will start providing its services after completing all the administrative and technical establishment works. The activity of Era Data information technology is specialized in providing cloud computing services
