Alinma Bank announces establishment of SPV specializes in financial derivatives in Cayman Islands

Alinma Bank announces the completion of the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) company under the name of (Alinma SPV Limited), after obtaining the no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank on November 29, 2021. It is a limited liability company, fully owned by the bank and registered with an authorized capital of USD 50,000 (equivalent to SAR 187,500), based in Cayman Islands.

The company will engage and execute financial derivatives transactions and repurchase agreements with international banks.

The company said it that it has no financial impact affect the financial statements of the Bank.
