Al-Rumayyan: Aramco keen on AI, big tech in facilities

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco Yasir Al-Rumayyan said that the company keeps on playing its role in securing a flexible future and more sustainable, as well as focusing on smart solutions, innovation and tech development in order to deal with energy challenges and climate globally.

He added on the sidelines of IPTC 2022 sessions that Aramco is well-aware of challenges, and on that basis, it carries out initiatives aim at decreasing fossil fuel impact on the climate.

He noted also that IPTC held under the patronage of HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and hosted by Aramco is a proof of the company’s leadership in world energy market.

Having a strong energy platform, Aramco adopts the fourth industrial revolution technologies such as Artificial intelligence (AI), big tech and future technology which help in developing largest smart oilfields in the world.
