ACWA POWER Announces E-Voting Start on Assembly Meeting Agenda

ACWA Power Company reminded its valued shareholders that electronic voting on the agenda on the assembly’s agenda will start on Monday, February 14, 2022 through the (electronic voting) service, free of charge for all shareholders via the services website.

This comes with reference to the announcement of ACWA POWER Company (“ACWA Power”) on the Tadawul website on January 24, 2022 regarding inviting its valued shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held, Thursday, February 17, 2022, by means of modern technology.
