Wafrah for Industry & Development Appoints Acting CEO

Wafrah for Industry and Development announces that the Board of Directors has decided, based on the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, to appoint Mr. Khaled Saleh Al Amoudi as an Acting CEO for the Company.

Mr. Khaled Saleh Abobaker Al Amoudi holds M. SC. Degree in Financial Management, with an experience of over 20 years as CFO and as Financial Consultant in the Governmental and Bank sectors. He currently holds the position of CFO at Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.
