To build big tourism project, in Taif, exceeding SR300 million

Tourism Development Fund announced a strategic partnership with the Al-Ameen Company, which would result in a pioneering tourism project, on an area of ​​more than 100,000 square meters in Taif, with investments exceeding SR300 million.

The project consists of a hotel comprising approximately 150 hotel units, retail and entertainment facilities, in Taif Governorate.

The name “Taif Front” was put forward for the project, to reflect the significance of this city as one of the summertime resort destinations, in the Kingdom.

The project will provide space for a large outdoor walkway, and spaces for local and international shops.

It also reflects a modern concept in shopping by integrating the retail sector and recreational activities, making it a popular destination.

An important tourist and entertainment destination for shoppers and visitors to the city of Taif.

Constituting a distinguished destination to have enjoyable time for business and leisure tourism and visitors to the Grand Mosque of Mecca, due to its proximity to distinguished tourist facilities, the project is also nearer to such landmarks, as King Fahd Park, which is the city’s largest park, and Al Hada Road.

The expected qualitative project reflects the fund’s commitment to developing emerging tourist areas, within the framework of the national tourism strategy, noting that it will invest in the Taif’s distinct and promising potentials, including its moderate climate and agricultural sector, and enhance the region’s attractiveness through world-class tourism facilities, Qusai Al-Fakhri, CEO of the Tourism Development Fund, confirmed.
