TASI Assertiveness Leads to Record Qutation, over 12,070 pts’ Level, realizing Maaal Expectation

TASI, the main index of Tadawul stock exchange vigorously smashed an over decade and half long-standing barrier, under 12,000 points’ level, since 2006, garnering as many as 121.93 points, to conclude the session, at 12, 079.01 compared to Wednesday closing at 11,957.08, with transactions worth as much as SR07.70 billion.

The volume of traded shares was 197 million, shared by more than 340 thousand deals, in which as many as 123 companies were advancers against 66 decliners.

Meanwhile, the spread between the highest and lowest quotations has, significantly changed, shrinking the gap, as it ranged from 05.79% down to 03.14%.

For its part, the Saudi parallel market index NOMU, followed the suit of the main, closing higher as it gained 33.93 points to close, at 26,263.32 points, with transactions worth SR186 million, and a volume of traded stocks, at 1.210 million, shared by as many as 5,741 deals.
