stc Backed up, Int’l Mining Conference,

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, entitled “The Future of Minerals,” stc backed up the mining international conference, recently concluded and  organized by the ministry of industry and natural resources.

That has taken place through providing with gathering with the latest technologies, that included covering the conference with Internet circuits, at high speeds of up to 200 access points and connecting the Internet, as a main and backup link.

In addition to providing the sites with high capacities, with a total speed of 306 gigabytes, with an occupancy rate of more than 80%, while providing coverage for the high-speed 5G network, including fixed and mobile towers, in addition to providing internal solutions, at all conference sites.

It is worth noting that stc is working to enable digital transformation in the Kingdom, as the basis of its business strategy to enrich the experience of its customers, and the support for the global conference, was an important step, in the process of digital transformation, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.

Amid the global race to adopt the latest digital technologies, to spread the network on a larger scale, this success shows stc’s keenness and leadership role in developing digital technologies, in an integrated manner, to meet the needs of the local market, through a variety of technical capabilities and services.
