SIDC appoints Al-Asakir as Chairman of BoD & AlHomaidhi as Vice Chairman

The Saudi Industrial Development Company “SIDC” announced on Sunday the appointment of Abdulelah Al-Asakir, “Non-Executive Member” as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Bandar Al-Homaidhi “Executive Member” as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting on Saturday evening, January 1st.

The meeting also included the General Assembly approval on the formation of the Remunerations & Nominations Committee in accordance with the work regulations of the Remunerations & Nominations Committee, defining its tasks, working rules, and remuneration of its members for the new term of three years starting from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2024.

In addition to appointing the Secretary of the Board of Directors and representatives appointed to represent the Company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul for all purposes related to complying with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) law and its Implementing Regulations.
