Misk Launches 2nd Batch of 2030 Leaders

Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) announced the launch of the second batch of the “Leaders 2030” program, a unique qualification program in the Kingdom that aims to develop and hone the skills of Saudi leaders.

In a ceremony that took place at King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh last Saturday, the launch event was attended by the Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabeeah; the Secretary-General of Misk Eng. Badr Al-Kahil; the CEO Dr. Badr Al-Badr, and a array of the foundation’s executive seniors.

The second batch of 2030 Leaders includes 90 participants selected from more than 6,000 applicants, who come from various work sectors in the Kingdom, including private, government, semi-government and non-profit, as well as several professional sectors and economic activities, a step aimed at blending diverse professional experiences to produce national initiatives and programs deemed to make a change.

Around 47% of the applicants work in executive management positions, with 56% of them have international professional experience of more than two years, while the accepted individuals in the second batch achieve diversity in terms of gender and geographical distribution.
