The Ministry of Commerce has presented the public with questionnaire over the consumer satisfaction with the agents and distributors of electrical appliances, in the Kingdom.
Such a step ultimate aim is to measure the level of quality of services provided to the consumer, to improve the process and carrying it out with transparency and clarity.
The questionnaire includes priority topics for the consumer related to product quality, prices, after-sales services, maintenance, warranty, return and replacement, and the mechanism for handling complaints, participation in the questionnaire can be made through the link below.
It followed another questionnaire, put forward last week, to measure consumer satisfaction with the performance and services of car agencies, with the aim of involving the consumer, in improving services, in all sectors.
Affirming its interest in developing and improving services provided to the consumer through coordination and communication with commercial establishments, the ministry stressed the adoption of performance indicators to be discussed, with agents and consumers on a regular basis.
Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi had met last June with agents and distributors of electrical appliances, in the Kingdom, to discuss the development of after-sales services, warranty, maintenance and spare parts, and stressed the importance of providing high-quality services to consumers, speeding up the handling of complaints and complaints, and developing performance to raise consumer satisfaction and confidence, in local market.
