MAADANIYAH Distributes Compensation to Right Issues Owners who did not their Rights to Subscribe to New Shares

National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co announced the starting date of distributing the compensation to holders of Rights Issue who have not exercised their rights to subscribe to the new shares and Those Eligible for Fractions.

Compensation Distribution Date for Eligible Investors Who Did not Exercise Their Right to Subscribe and Those Eligible for Fractions will be 2022-01-12.

Total Amount to be Distributed to Eligible Persons Who Did not Exercise Their Subscription Right and Those Eligible for Fractions is SAR 26300323.12

“Saudi National Bank (“SNB”) will deposit the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible investors who have not exercised their right to subscribe to new shares and those entitled to fraction. As for the eligible investors whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can contact Investor Relations Department of the company.” the company said.
