Jazz Arabia Final Offer Price per Share, set at SR90, on NOMU

Arabian Gas Services company (Jazz Arabia) listing on the parallel market NOMU offering process for as many as 790,000 ordinary shares, representing (5%) of its total shares as per SR90 per share, as the coverage ratio amounted to 47.58 times of the total offered shares, on Sunday 23-01-2022 until Thursday 27-01-2022, Falcom Financial Services company, in its capacity as the financial advisor and lead manager for the offering, announced.

Meanwhile, Falcom added that it will complete the necessary procedures with the Saudi Tadawul Group “Tadawul”, then to set the date for listing the shares of the Arabian Gas Services company, on NOMU.
