Issuance of January 2022 Concluded, NDMC Announced

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) concluded the closure of January 2022 issuance, under the Saudi Arabian Government Saudi Riyal SR-denominated Sukuk Program.

The issuance size was set at SR2.833bln (Two billion and eight hundred thirty-three million Saudi Riyal).

According to a statement issued today, the Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches, as follows:

– The 1st tranche has a size of SR1.248bln (One billion and two hundred forty-eight million Saudi Riyal and matures, in 2030.
– The 2nd tranche has a size of SR1.585bln (One billion and five hundred eighty-five million Saudi Riyal) and matures, in 2034.
