HSBC Saudi Arabia will not implement any Price Stabilization Transactions for Jahez

HSBC Saudi Arabia in its capacity as Stabilizing Manager on the initial public offering (“IPO” or the “Offering”) of Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (“Jahez” or the “Group”), hereby announced on Tuesday that no price stabilization transactions have been executed.

This comes with reference to the pre-stabilization announcement dated 28 December 2021 and the first mid-stabilization period announcement dated 12 January 2022 and the second mid-stabilization period announcement dated 18 January 2022.
