GO Announces Deadline for 13th Extraordinary Assembly Meeting to Address Accumulated Losses

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) announced on Wednesday to its shareholders the start of electronic voting on the agenda items of the 13th extraordinary general assembly meeting, which includes reducing the company’s capital, starting from Wednesday, January 19, at (10:00) in the morning until the end of the time of the assembly.

This comes with reference to the company’s announcement on June 29, 2021, regarding the cumulative losses reaching 50% or more of the capital, and its announcement on October 11, 2021 regarding the Board of Directors’ regarding the treatment of accumulated losses, and the company’s announcement on December 30, 2021 about the invitation to the 13th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, which included the company’s capital reduction.
