General Assembly of Catering Agrees to Elect 9 Members to BOD

Saudi Airlines Catering Company announced on Monday to ‎its Shareholders the results of its Extra Ordinary General Assembly meeting (First Meeting) held on Sunday 0901.2022 in SACC’s headquarters located in Jeddah, using the Tadawulaty system in line with the precautionary measures to control the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID 19) and to ensure common safety. Percentage of attending shareholders is 54.69.

Voting results on the items of the general assembly’s meeting agenda’s:

1. Approval on the election of the new Board Directors members for the new term for a period of three Gregorian years commencing on 26.01.2022 and ending on 25.01.2025, the elected members for the new term are:

– Dilip Nijhawan

-­ Sami Abdulmohsen Al Hokair

– Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetairi

– Fadi Majdalani

– Fahad Abdullah Moussa

2. Disapproval on the amendment of article Four of the Company’s Bylaws that relate to the Company’s activities.

3. Disapproval on the amendment of article Twenty-Three of the Company’s Bylaws that relate to the Authority of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman Managing Director.
