Enma Alrawabi Postpones General Assembly due to Lack of Quorum

Enma Alrawabi Company announced on Wednesday that the first extraordinary general assembly meeting (the second meeting) was not held on January 18, 2022, at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh, due to the lack of a quorum necessary to hold the assembly, as the attendance rate for the first meeting was (04.94%) and the second meeting rate was (08.15%).

The company said in a statement on Tadawul on Wednesday that the extraordinary general assembly meeting was postponed. The company will invite a third meeting of the extraordinary general assembly, and its date will be determined and announced later, after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.
