Edaa Announces Addition of Increase Securities Amount of Arabian Shield
The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced on Sunday the addition of the increase in the amount of securities of the Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company, resulting from the merger with Al-Ahli Takaful Company (ATC) through securities exchange offers, on the Center’s accounts for eligible shareholders in the Arab Shield Cooperative Insurance Company on Sunday.
