Saudi budget airliner flyadeal, Saudi Airlines’ affiliate, has launched its first regular flight Riyadh to Cairo, after completing all field preparations, at King Khalid International Airport and Cairo International Airport, for the occasion.
Qualified human cadres, technical capabilities and equipment to provide all services to travelers, and making the step a success, have been prepared, too.
Such a move comes within the company’s endeavor to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and the strategy of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, by linking the Kingdom with the world, with economic flights that offer various travel options at affordable prices.
In addition to sharpen its competitiveness, to keep pace with the growth of the air transport industry market, in the Kingdom and the region, in general.
Launching of the new destination to Cairo will contribute to strengthen the bonds of brotherly relations between the peoples of the two brotherly countries, in addition to strengthening the ties of cooperation between them in the social, economic, cultural and tourism fields.
At a first stage, it will also be added to the two international stations that were opened last year (Dubai and Kuwait), bringing the number of domestic and international stations, on its growing network to 16.
