BATEC Announces 406.2% Coverage of Remaining Offering, Allotment of Rights Shares

Batic Investments and Logistics Company announced on Sunday the results of the rump offering and the final allocation of rights issue shares. The coverage amounted to 406.2%, by the end of the rump offering period.

The number of sold shares is 4529915.

The company indicated on (Tadawul) that the total proceeds of selling unsubscribed shares amounted to SR 97,483,292. The average price of sold shares is SR 21.52.

The company added that the net compensation for right issues and fraction shares owners amounted to SR 52,184,142.

The company concluded that the date of depositing the shares into shareholders accounts will be on 6/1/2022.
