Atheeb Telecom: January 23 is Deadline for General Assembly Convention to Address Accumulated Losses

Etihad Atheeb Communications Company (GO) announced on Sunday the deadline of the Extraordinary General Assembly to address accumulated losses will be scheduled on Sunday 23/01/2022 at 06:30 in the evening via modern technology means (remotely).

The company insured the importance of shareholders to participate in the 13th Extraordinary General Assembly to avoid the lapse of the period specified to convene the meeting.

This step comes as reference to the company’s announcement on June 29, 2021, regarding the cumulative losses reaching 50% or more of the capital, its announcement on November 11, 2021 regarding the Board of Directors’ treatment of accumulated losses, as well as the company’s announcement on December 30, 2021 about the invitation to the 13th Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, which included the company’s capital reduction.
