Asharqia Chamber Inaugurates Arbitration Center

Asharqia Chamber inaugurated its Arbitration Center, in the presence of the Chamber’s President, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi and the Chairman of the Permanent Committee of the Saudi Arbitration Centers Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Falaj.

Establishment of an arbitration center comes within the chamber’s mission and strategy to support and develop economic and development work of the business sector, by providing integrated services, in the field of dispute resolution and settlement, Al-Khalidi explained, adding that the center will work to create appropriate climate for institutional arbitration in the eastern region, by providing a justice platform to settle disputes, stressing that the center will be the first choice for companies and institutions, in the eastern region.

Arbitration Center will entertain, within its duties, spreading the culture of arbitration and conciliation, hold seminars, courses and training programs, issue journals and scientific publications, prepare and qualify national cadres, and provide many advisory services, in the field of arbitration, conciliation and other out of the court settlements.
