Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund Distributes Dividends of SR11, 8 mln to Unitholders

Alkhabeer Capital announced on Tuesday the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 01.07.2021 to 31.12.2021 as follows: The Total amount distributed is SR11,820,367.50.

It added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 47,281,470 outstanding units. The dividend per share is SR0.25. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 2.50 %.

It also added that the cash distribution entitlement will be for Unitholders as per the unitholders’ register on the end of Thursday, dated 10.02.2022 (end of trading day on Tuesday 08.02.2022). The distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager want to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions, the company concluded.
