Al-Ajlan & Bros Complete Acquisition of the East Riyadh Scheme’s, 2nd Phase

Ajlan & Brothers Group have completed the acquisition of the 2nd phase of the East Riyadh scheme, along Riyadh-Dammam Road, with an area of ​​two million square meters, at a total value of SR600 million, adding it to the 1st phase that it has already acquired last December.

Thus, the company completed the acquisition of the entire land-lot, amounting to 4 million square meters, with a total value of SR2 billion, including the entire infrastructure, in addition to allocating sites for various public services, according to the best standards.

The new scheme includes as much as 10 thousand housing units, and according to the company’s announcement, it expects that the infrastructure development of the scheme will be completed within 15- month, in conjunction with the construction of housing units.

The company says it plans to deliver the 1st housing, units within 24-month from now.
