ACWA Power obtains COD for Photovoltaic Phase 1 in Noor Energy 1 project in UAE
The International Company for Water and Power Projects (“ACWA Power”) announced on Tuesday obtaining the Commercial Operation Certificate for the Photovoltaic Phase 1 (PVFD1) of the Noor Energy 1 project, located in Dubai, UAE is having a capacity of 217 MW.
ACWA Power owns a net stake of 25% in Noor Energy 1.
The financial impact of operating the project is expected on Q1 2022 financial results.
