ACIG: Percentage of Rump Offering, Rights Shares Allocation amounts to 1784.5%

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group announced on Sunday the results of the rump offering and the final allocation of Rights Issue shares. By the end of the rump offering period, the shares bid for amounted to 1784.5%.Number of sold shares is 1670398.

The company said in a statement on Sunday that the total proceeds of selling unsubscribed shares is SR31, 845,083. The average price of sold shares is SR19.06 per share. The net compensation for right issues and fraction shares owners is SR15, 141,103.

It added that the date of depositing the shares into shareholders accounts is 27.01.2022.
