Wataniya Receives Letter Confirming Purchase of SAB Entire Stake in Company
Wataniya Insurance Company announced on Sunday the receivable of the letter (via email) confirming the purchase agreement of Private Wealth Investment Holding Company to purchase the Saudi British Bank’s entire stake of Wataniya Insurance Company
The deal comprising of 4,000,000 shares, and representing 20% of the Company’s share capital for the amount of SR80,000,000, dated 23.12.2021.
