Tanmiah subsidiary signs master franchise with US quick-service restaurant POPEYES®

Tanmiah Food Company (“Tanmiah” or the “Company”) announces that its subsidiary Gulf Brand Fast Food Company, which is owned 100% by TANMIAH has signed a master franchise and development agreement with POPEYES, one of the world’s largest chicken quick service restaurants.

Founded in New Orleans in 1972, POPEYES has more than 45 years of history and culinary tradition. The chain counts with over 3,500 restaurants in more than 25 countries, serving a menu featuring spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp and other regional items

The agreement forms part of Tanmiah’s strategy to diversify across the value chain, by building a leading food brand franchise operator, offering high quality food options, including the world famous POPEYES Chicken Sandwich made with fresh and locally sourced fresh chicken.
