Tanmiah announces E-Voting on Items of General Assembly

Tanmiah Food Company announced on Sunday the starting date of the e-voting on the agenda items of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting) scheduled to be held at 06:30 PM on 21/12/2021.

The meeting will be held through modern technology using the Tadawulty platform to ensure the safety of the shareholders and within supporting the precautionary and preventive measures by the health and concerned authorities to curb the Coronavirus (COVID19) and as an extension of the continuous efforts by the specialized and concerned medical authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to prevent the spread of the virus.

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty system may e-vote on the General Assembly meeting’s agenda through Tadawulaty’s website https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa. Voting and registration in the Tadawulaty system are accessible to all shareholders.

 E-voting will start at 10:00 AM, on Sunday 19/12/2021, and will continue until the General Assembly meeting is concluded.
