Sumou signs contract to execute infrastructure works for Souq Al-Nafe’ project

Sumou Real Estate Company announced on Sunday the signing of a construction contract to execute the first phase of the basic infrastructure work for the Souq Al-Nafe’ project located in Mecca.

The contract value is SR20,710,826.

The deal aims to signing sonstruction contract to execute the first phase of the basic infrastructure work for Souq Al-Nafe’ project located in Mecca on an area of (1,321,749) square meters, which is one of the infrastructure projects that the company is developing, and the contract was signed with the contractor “Saif aljanoub Contracting Company”.

The Contract Duration is 12 months from the date of handing over the project site to the contractor.

The impact of this contract on the company’s result and revenues is expected to be positive effective after the completion of the project and leasing its components. There are no related parties in this contract.
