Southern Cement Assembly Agrees to Form Audit Committee, Define Tasks

Southern Province Cement Company announced on Monday the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting that was held by means of modern technology, Main Center in Abha – Asir region. The percentage of attending shareholders is 60.98%

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

First – Approval on the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the new term, starting from 01.01.2022 until the end of the term on 31.12.2024. The following are the names of the candidates:

1. Ahmed Ali Abdul Karim Al-Luhaidan – independent
2. Mansour bin Abdulaziz Al-Saghir – non-executive
3. Jaser bin Abdullah Aljaser – independent
4. Abdulhameed bin Saleh Al Khalifa – out of the board
5. Adeeb bin Muhammad Aba Nami – out of the board
