SIDF Signs MoU with World Energy Actor ‘ENGIE’

Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) signed a memorandum of understanding with “ENGIE”, a world energy actor in providing low-carbon energy services to enable the Fund’s employees to join the French company’s knowledge-exchange training program for 2022, to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The agreement aims to provide new insights and knowledge, enhance individual capabilities and advance their professional lives, by enhancing ways of professionalism development in a way that contributes to meeting the requirements of the labor market.

In 2022, the program will provide the Fund’s employees with the opportunity to work with the most prominent experts at ENGIE for a period of six months at the company’s headquarters in Paris. The agreement also comes after the successful experience witnessed by the Fund with the participation of its employees in the training program in 2021, which played a major role in their gaining experience in the field of business development, commercial activities and project implementation.

This agreement comes within the framework of the Industrial Fund’s endeavor to find and provide training opportunities to transfer knowledge and experiences to its employees, which contributes to enhancing the career path and gaining practical experience, which the Fund has been doing since its establishment, as it pays great attention to training and qualifying its employees with training and practical programs.
