Sadr Distributes SR16.6 mln to Subscribe to New Shares

Sadr Logistics Company announced on Thursday the compensation distribution date for holders of rights issue who have not exercised their rights to subscribe to the new shares will be started on 06-01-2022.

The company added that the total amount to be distributed to eligible persons who did not exercise their subscription right and those eligible for fractions is SR16632745.

The Company will deposit the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible investors who have not exercised their right to subscribe to the new shares and those entitled to fractional shares through Al Rajhi Bank in accordance with the agreement between the company and the bank.

As for the eligible investors whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can visit the head office of the company or contact investor relations department, the company concluded.
