Naseej Announced Decrease in Accumulated Losses to 19.4% of its Capital

Naseej International Trading Company announced on Thursday the decrease of its accumulated losses to 19.4% of the capital. The amount of the accumulated losses is SR41.123 million.

The Naseej International Trading Company indicated on Thursday on Tadawul that the measures taken by the Company to decrease accumulated losses represented in increasing the Company’s capital by SAR150 million through a rights issue based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on November 4, 2021.

This comes in reference to the Company’s announcement on Tadawul website on November 7, 2021 about the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting which included the approval of the Company’s capital increase.
