MIS Obtains Financing with National Bank of Kuwait for SAR155 Million

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced on Tuesday the renewal and amendment of bank facility in compliant with Islamic Sharia with National Bank of Kuwait.

The financing amount is SR155,000,000 and the financing duration is valid till 31.08.2022.This is to finance new project contracts and issuance of bank guarantees.

Concerning the guarantees offered for the financing, the company indicated on Tadawul on Tuesday that the facility agreement secured by promissory note to the amount of total facilities limit.
