Maharah Announces Appointment of a CEO

Maharah Human Resources Company announced on Wednesday the resolution of the Board of Directors on the appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz Edah Alkathiry to be the CEO of the company starting from 22.12.2021.

Reference is made to Maharah announcement on Tadawul website on 14.06.2021.

The company added that Mr. Abdulaziz Edah Alkathiry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Faisal University, and has extensive experience in the human resources sector.

He also held many executive and leadership positions in Maharah Human Resources Company, the last of which was Vice President of Sales and Operations, addition to the board members of a number of local and international companies, a member of the Executive Committee of the National Recruitment Committee of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce, with contributions to the construction, establishment and operation of a number of companies and sectors like Maharah HR Company and King Fahd Medical City.
