Herfy BOD Recommends Non-distribution of cash dividends for FY 2021

Herfy Food Services Company announced on Tuesday the decision of the Board of Directors in its meeting on 13.12.2021, which recommends to the General Assembly for Non-distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the financial year 2021.

The Company indicated on Tadawul on Tuesday that the reasons for not recommending distribution are to support and strengthen the company’s financial position and its expansion for the upcoming years.

This recommendation will be presented for voting during the next general assembly meeting of the Company, which date will be determined later after obtaining approval from official authorities to hold it, the company concluded.
