Hail Cement Shareholders’ Cash Dividends, Announced

Hail Cement Company cash dividends to shareholders for the financial period ending on September 30, 2021 (9- months), at SR0.5 per share.

The total distributed amount amounted stood at SR48,950,000, for a number of shares of 97,900,000 shares, entitled to dividends, with a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share, at 5%, the company explained.

Eligibility to profits’ distribution is to shareholders on Thursday 12-09-2021, who own shares and are registered in the company’s shareholders register, at the Depository Center, at the end of the second trading day, following the due date, and the distribution date shall be on Thursday 23-12-2021.
