With Naseej as the favorite, 20 million Aramco's shares sold
Foreign Investors Increase their Stake, in 82 Firms
Foreign investors increased their stake in as many as 82 companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange Tadawul, with 9.4 million shares purchased, at a market value of SR386 million, while theirs in another 86 companies declined, by selling 26.3 million shares, at a market value of SR90 million, a report tracking down all foreign investors’ shareholding changes, revealed, at the end of Thursday’s session, closing last week’s trading.
By selling 20 million shares with a market value of SR699 million, foreign investors’ holdings of Saudi Aramco fell by 0.3%, or 0.01%, from the previous session.
Naseej company ranked first, in terms of the percentage of foreign investors’ shareholding increase, rising by 1.13% to 3.98%, up from 2.85% in the previous session, by purchasing 239.1 thousand shares with a market value of SR6.5 million, according to the last closing price of the share.
The Gulf Training company topped the percentage of foreign investors’ stake decrease, declining 0.36% to 3.17%, from 3.53% in the previous session, by selling 234,000 shares with a market value of SR4.4 million, as per the last closing price of the stock.
Tadawul, the stock exchange main index has finished Thursday’s trading session, at 10882.79 points, up 32.83 points, or 0.30 percent, from the previous day.
