Eastern Region Mayoralty Opens Envelopes for investment Project to Develop Khobar Corniche

The Eastern Province Mayoralty has opened the envelopes of an investment project to develop a site in Al-Khobar Corniche, with the participation of a Gulf investor, in an investment offer worth as much as SR200 million.

The project aims to support and enhance the activities of entertainment, tourism, humanization of cities and spending efficiency, and to highlight the components of the cities and governorates of the region, on the map of tourism and entertainment, with modern, environmentally friendly designs, and with a limited construction percentage of larger spaces for parkers, in line with the directions of the Kingdom’s vision 2030, which comes as an extension of the efforts and initiatives of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The Mayoralty confirmed that it is working to develop its investments in partnership with investors, to keep pace with the new developments in the investment market, in a way that enhances recreational and tourism activities and elements of quality of life, indicating that the project includes the development of entertainment and tourism centers, squares, and a set of supporting services such as cafes, restaurants, public squares, a health walkway, open multi-use views and green spaces.

In addition to using solar energy. It called on all investors and entrepreneurs to participate in the investment industry and submit proposals and observations to improve the investment environment and raise its attractiveness through interactive channels, and visit the mayoralty investment portal and the smart phone application “Foras” to view investment opportunities, in full transparency and at all ease.
