The member states of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ICCIA) agreed in its 32nd meeting that was held on Friday at the headquarters of Makkah Chamber of Commerce on a number of items on the agenda.
Addressing the meeting, the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi virtually delivered a speech in which he stressed the interest in the private sector’s cooperation to support the trade and economic system among Islamic countries by making a qualitative leap, and establishing partnerships with international partners, welcoming the delegations of ICCIA Member States in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He said, “I am pleased to welcome you to your second country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the heart of the Islamic world, and I thank you for your presence, citing everyone’s ambition to reach tangible results in order to enhance the renaissance and development of the economy, with an annual meeting to present opportunities investment in Islamic countries.”
